  Friday 24 March 2017: Closing date for submissions.
  Continuous review of submissions by reviewing panel will occur.
  Advice if your submission has been accepted to present at the conference, you will be contact ed and email with this notification as well as the time and date of presentation.

  Delegate Registration Fee
  MESA will not reimburse any submitters for expenses incurred – either in the preparation of the paper, travel to the conference or the registrations fees if accepted to present at the conference. Acceptance to present at the conference requires registration as delegate at the reduced registration rate of $600.00 including GST. All other expenses, travel, accommodation etc will be at your own expense.

  MESA receives your personal details in order to register your submission. Some of the personal information on this form is stored in our database so that we can send you further information about the conference on behalf of MESA. Only authorised personnel can access the database.

  Your final presentation will be made available to all conference delegates post conference for the delegates to view on the "members" section on the mesaqld.com.au website.

  In addition, your submission and biography will be published on the conference website and in printed conference materials. Your consent is requested for this to occur.
