I Am Events and MESA reserve the right to change the topics and presenters if necessary.
This information is correct at time of printing and posting.
If you choose to book your accommodation with your conference registration, your details will be passed on to the relevant hotel only.
For networking purposes, I Am Events will produce a delegate list including name, position and the company name of delegates. This list will be distributed to delegates on the day of the event. In addition, your contact information may be distributed to sponsors/exhibitors whose products/service may be of interest to you.
Delegates may be photographed at the conference. We may also use the images to promote future conferences and they may appear on the internet. We will not be using them for any other purpose.
Cancellation Policy:
All cancellations must be made in writing to I Am Events. A full refund of conference registration fees will be made for any cancellations received in writing before May 9 2016. A 50% refund will apply on cancellations received after May 9 2016. There will be no refunds after June 1 2016, although substitute delegates are welcome.
Privacy Policy:
As a provider of event management services, I Am Events receives your personal details in order to register you to attend the Conference. Some of the personal information on this form is stored in our database so that we can send you further information regarding the conference and for future reference for MESA. Only authorised personnel can access the database.
